Shipping Policy
​ Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are typically processed Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Locale: We only ship to mailing addresses in the United States of America (USA).
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order by visiting https://www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html.
Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be unexpected delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these cases.
Shipping Restrictions: Please note that certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or location. If this applies to your order, we will notify you directly and work with you to find a suitable solution.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and ensure a resolution, which may include issuing a refund or reshipping your order. You may contact us at support@toptiertcg.com ; Use your order number in the subject line and leave a description of the problem. Please allow 24-48 hours for response.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship to mailing addresses located in the United States of America (USA).
Changes to Shipping Policy: We reserve the right to modify or update our shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page and will apply to future orders.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. This of course does not apply to product arriving damaged. Contact us with any concerns
Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This is strictly to cover the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
